You can take the calibration test anonymously. The moment you unlock your full results with an email, we start keeping a few things about you — here's exactly what, why, and how to get rid of it.

Who controls your data

The data controller is Tomáš Holas, company ID (IČO) 87868377, with registered address Karlova 180/20, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic — a self-employed individual registered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register. For anything about your personal data, reach us at hello@headstart.cz.

What we collect

We store only what you enter or produce in the test: your email address, the name or nickname you choose, and the course and results of your attempts (answers, timings, confidence, score). Your email is the key to your results; we never store passwords.

What we use it for

To unlock your full results, show them again when you come back, work out how you compare to others (as an anonymized summary), and send you your sign-in code.

On what basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you enter your email. You can withdraw that consent at any time — most easily by deleting all your data below.

How long

We keep your data until you delete it or ask us to remove it. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are then deleted automatically. Anonymous aggregate statistics, which no longer contain any personal data, are retained.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. It is processed by the providers that make the service work: Google Firebase (database and hosting, EU) and Resend (sending the code emails). They act as our processors and use the data only for these purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct or erase it, to restrict and port it, and to object. You can erase it right here on this page. If you think we're mishandling your data, you can complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz) or your local supervisory authority.
